What is the refund policy?
Due to constant attempts from customers trying to get refunds on their orders after delivery, refunds are not available on any Kujira Designs products.
My order arrived broken, can I get a refund?
Please contact me privately and we can work out a replacement, or consult the Broken Replacement Parts listing on my website.
I want to cancel my order.
Cancellations are not allowed after orders have been placed.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of placing the order, this usually is much quicker, but if there is a new product launch and higher volume of orders, times may take longer.
If your order does not move 2 weeks after placing, please contact me and I will get it sorted.
What courier service will my package be delivered with?
Domestic orders are shipped with USPS. International orders are shipped with UPS. If you are domestic and wish for your order to be sent with UPS, please contact me.
